Small Industrial Robot Arms

What makes the Meca500 industrial robotic arm unique? Unlike most other industrial robots—which are usually complex stand-alone systems—the Meca500 is a plug-and-work automation component. Our robot is a slave component rather than a master, which makes it very easy to integrate via any computer or PLC.

High-speed Spider Robots

Delta robots are designed to move at high speeds and perform repetitive tasks quickly and consistently. These robots can replace manual processes where up to 200 parts per minute are being picked, sorted and placed. Delta robots are being used to not only improve consistency and quality of processes where repetitive movements ultimately lead to employee mental fatigue, but they also remove the issue of repetitive motion injuries. Our delta robots are manufactured in house and designed to run 24/7.

Automated Intelligent Vehicle

An AIV (automated intelligent vehicle) is a robot that moves autonomously without human intervention.
These types of new generation robot allow universal use.
These devices facilitate difficult and repetitive heavy load transfer tasks in the plant, usually dedicated to employees. The operations are varied such as the transfer of products within the same workshop, the transport of products toward packaging or boxes toward palletization outside the production environment, the finishing of products before packaging, wrapping, labelling, or palletizing, sending goods to the storage area.
